Lifetime Tires
Vehicle must have the original factory installed tires on it at the time of delivery and the serial numbers must match the dealership’s records. Naples Nissan will replace any tire on the vehicle with a tread depth measurement of 3/32 or below according to the tire manufacture’s wear and tear guidelines. Replacement tires will be of equal quality to the original factory installed tires. All service and maintenance performed on the vehicle after the vehicle purchase date must be performed at Naples Nissan located at 3640 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34109 for the vehicle to qualify for the Tire Warranty and lifetime tire replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, all oil changes, tire rotations, alignments and all other services recommended by the manufacturer and Naples Nissan. Customer will be responsible for covering the cost of required shop fees and taxes applied each time a tire is replaced. To qualify for tire replacement, customer must own the vehicle for at least one year and vehicle must not be driven more than 20,000 miles per year. Vehicles used for commercial use do not qualify.
Lifetime Car Washes
Every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm, Naples Nissan will provide you with a complimentary exterior wash and interior vacuum for your vehicle (vehicle will also be hand dried). No appointment necessary. Vehicles with excessive pet hair/personal remnants will receive an exterior wash only. Customer may request a full detail or other cleaning services for the the vehicle, but will be responsible for covering the cost of the additional requested services.
Lifetime Window Tint & Door Edge Guards
All Naples Nissan vehicles come with complimentary window tinting and door edge guards. This 3M product is backed by a lifetime warranty only valid at Naples Nissan. If for any reason the window tint begins to bubble, fade or shows any other signs of damage, it will be replaced at no cost. In the event the product begins to lose its adhesive nature or begins to hold/show color from outside elements (ie. the edges turn brown, yellow etc.), it will be replaced at no cost.
Lifetime Service Loaner Car Coverage
If your vehicle ever needs service that requires it to be left in our Service Department overnight, Naples Nissan will provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle. The service must be scheduled in advance with the request for the loaner vehicle reservation made at the time the appointment is made. All loaner vehicles are subject to availability. In order to be eligible to receive a loaner vehicle, customer must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance coverage. Loaner vehicles are for local use only and are not to be driven outside the state of Florida. Customer will be required to put down a $250 fully refundable deposit at the time the Loaner Agreement is signed. The Loaner Agreement will fully outline all terms and conditions, including that the renter will be fully responsible for covering the cost of gas and any vehicle damage incurred while the loaner vehicle is in the renter's possession.
Permaplate Paint Protection
All Naples Nissan vehicles are treated with Permaplate paint protectant prior to being purchased. This paint protection product is backed by a 3-year warranty and there is no action needed by the customer to maintain the warranty.
